DELICIOUS HEALTHY SMOOTHIE

Made myself this Green Monster!! I only used one piece of fruit, a lot of veggie's and some unsweetened almond milk. Smoothie's are a great way to eat more veggie's during the day and they should contain a lot of them to be considered healthy.

Ingredients:

200ml unsweetened almond milk

1 kiwi

40g spinach

A few basilicum leaves

Recipe:

Mix all together, é voila!
